Booking Procedure:

1. In the first instance please telephone to check availability and reserve your preferred dates
2. Full contact information including telephone number, mobile, name, address and if possible email address    to be provided at the time of booking
3. A £75 booking deposit is required to secure the booking
4. The rental balance is required on arrival at Orchard Chalets
5. Cheques to made payable to 'T W Menzies'

Terms and Conditions:

1. Guests should arrive after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival
2. Payment of the balance of the rental fee to be paid on arrival
3. Guests are requested to vacate the chalet by 10.00am on the day of departure
4. Later departures may possible by prior arrangement only
5. Chalets are to be left clean and tidy on the day of deparature
6. All baggage and guests personnel belongings are at owners risk at all times
7. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to any vehicles or their contents at ant time
8. All breakages or damage is to be reported to the management prior to departure
9. All chalets are fully non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the covered entrance and verandah
10. Pets are accepted but must not be left unattended in the chalets at any time
11. Dogs must be kept on a lead - note dogs seen chasing local farm animals may be dealt with by the land owner
